Shakespears said, 'The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers'. (Act IV, Scene II of King Henry VI). As a graduate of Harvard Law School and as someone who practiced law for almost fifty years, I can't approve of Shakespeare's sentiments, but I understand the frustration that has brought many contemporary Americans to feel much the same way about lawyers.
